(1) CCMovement will immediately transfer COVID 19 cushion-subsidy of between R100.00 – R250.00 for every UPLOADED AND PUBLISHED creative content on DigiFlex

(2) CCMovement reserves the right to decide on the cushion-subsidy amount to be transferred for various UPLOADED AND PUBLISHED creative content on DigiFlex

(3) CCMovement will make direct transfers into the banking accounts or via the money transfer system to the owners whose creative content is PUBLISHED on DigiFlex

(4) CCMovement will not be held liable for incorrect banking details or incorrect mobile number submitted by the owners of the creative content PUBLISHED on DigiFlex

(5) CCMovement will enter into separate percentage (%) sharing agreements for every DOWNLOAD of PUBLISHED creative content on DigiFlex

(6) CCMovement will enter into separate percentage (%) sharing agreements for every LIVE presentation BROADCASTED on DigiFlex

(7) CCMovement will transfer the determined cushion-subsidy amount within 3 hours after the creative content has been PUBLISHED on DigiFlex

(8) No transfers will be made for any content that is NOT PUBLISHED on DigiFlex

(9) CCMovement will share payment costs for MARKETING and OPTIMISATION of any LIVE presentation creative content and the creative content that is due for auction on DigiFlex

(10) All transfers made by CCMovement towards the cushion-subsidy will be PUBLISHED on a weekly basis on www.ccmovement.org.za reflecting the beneficiaries’ names, art category and number of downloads and Likes.
